1. The Activity

This is a free digital trail or treasure hunt. By registering, you are creating a “Digital Journal” so we can save your progress, stamps, clues or collected items during the activity.

We will not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt in separately.

2. Safety First

This is a self-guided activity taking place in public spaces. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Please remain aware of traffic, cyclists and other pedestrians. Trail markers and clues are visible from public footpaths. There is no need to enter private property, cross unsafe areas, or stand in the road at any time.

Participants take part at their own risk.

3. Technology & Photos

Augmented Reality (AR) features require a smartphone with a working camera and internet connection.

If the trail includes selfie or photo features, these images are saved directly to your device. We do not store, access or retain your personal photos.

Where applicable, we recommend taking photos or screenshots during the trail to help you keep a record of clues or hidden letters required to complete the activity.

4. Rewards and Offers

Some trails or treasure hunts may include rewards, prizes or promotional items.

Physical rewards (such as stickers or merchandise) are available at designated locations while stocks last.

Digital vouchers or third-party rewards are subject to the issuing organisation’s own terms and retailer conditions.

We reserve the right to substitute rewards with alternatives of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Privacy

We value your privacy. We use your registration email address solely to manage your participation and progress in the trail or treasure hunt.

You will only receive marketing communications from High Street Safari (or the relevant organiser) if you actively choose to opt in.
