Our festive safari is split into two enchanting trails for you to discover:
Journey into Santa’s bustling workshop and meet the mischievous elves and amazing animated toys who make Christmas happen!
Explore the magical forest outside the workshop to find the incredible, majestic creatures that roam the snows.
You can complete one route at a time or explore them both together for the full North Pole experience!
Your Elf Helper Mission:
🔍 Find 10 enchanting clues, like a messy toy blueprint and a giant, frosty feather!
📱 Scan the QR codes to reveal the North Pole’s hidden inhabitants in stunning AR!
🅰️ Spot the secret letter hidden in each magical AR scene and write it down.

HOW TO PLAY
Welcome, Elf Helper! Santa has sent an urgent message from the North Pole, and he needs you to solve a very important mystery!
Clues from the North Pole have appeared on two routes: The Workshop Route and The Winterwood Route. You can see where all 10 clues are hiding on your local map (just choose your location from the menu at the top of this page).
To start your magical adventure, simply:
🗺️ Find the Clues: Use the map to hunt for the 10 enchanting artworks hidden in windows. You can visit them in any order you like!
📱 Scan the Code: When you find a clue, use your phone’s camera to scan its QR code.
✨ Reveal the Magic: Tap the button to see a secret inhabitant of the North Pole appear in the real world with augmented reality! (For the best magic, please use Safari on an iPhone or Chrome on an Android phone).
🅰️ Spot the Secret Letter: Pay close attention! Each character is hiding a secret letter. Find it and write it down. You’ll need all 10 to solve the puzzle!
🏆 Claim Your Prize: Once you’ve found all 10 letters, unscramble them to spell the secret password! Enter it on the final page to unlock your free festive e-book and become an Official Certified Elf Helper!
IMPORTANT (A note for the grown-ups!): To make sure you successfully collect all the characters, please use the SAME phone and web browser (e.g., Chrome) for the whole trail. Browser cookies must be enabled, so please don’t clear your browsing history until your adventure is complete.

Before setting off on the trail we advise you to try out the AR functionality of your phone. Most modern smartphones do have this capability now but there are some that still don’t support it. If you don’t see a ‘see me in AR’ button on the next page then it’s likely your phone doesn’t support AR yet and you’ll need to use an alternative device for this element of the trail.
