General Participation

• The QR Code Trail is a free activity open to all members of the
• Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible
• The trail is self-guided and takes place throughout the shopping

How to Play

• To begin, participants must scan the starting QR code to receive
• Participants must locate and scan a total of 10 different code stickers hidden around the centre.
• Each claimed code reveals a selfie filter with a hidden
• Once all 10 letters have been found, participants must decipher the hidden word they spell.
• Participants who correctly identify the word can submit their answer along with their details via an online form to be entered into the prize draw.

Prize Draw

• A winner will be drawn at random once the trail has finished to win a Harlequin Day Out Bundle.

Data Collection & Privacy

• Data collected via the entry form will be securely managed by High Street Safari, who will act as the data processor.
• Entrant information will be shared with Harlequin Watford, who will act as the data controller for prize distribution purposes.
• Data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and the Harlequin Watford Privacy
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent
• Customers will be required to fill in their full name, email address and home postcode. We will use your name and email address to enter you into the competition. We will collect your home postcode to understand more about you so we can improve the centre and our services.  Entrants are able to enter into the competition without confirming their postcode.

Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to act respectfully towards other guests and centre
• Harlequin Watford reserves the right to refuse or withdraw participation from individuals who behave disruptively or violate these terms.

Health & Safety

• Participation in the Digital Trail is at the attendee’s own
• Please take care when moving around the centre and scanning QR
• In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions of centre staff and security personnel.

Photography & Promotion

• By participating, attendees consent to the use of any photos or footage taken during the trail for promotional purposes by Harlequin Watford and Project 2.

Liability

• Harlequin Watford and High Street Safari are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during participation in the Digital Trail.

Modifications & Cancellations

• Harlequin Watford and High Street Safari reserve the right to modify or cancel the trail at any time without prior notice.
• Harlequin Watford and High Street Safari reserve the right to modify the prize at any time without prior notice.
